Emmbero believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

emmbero does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

In case of any Refunds approved by the emmbero, it’ll take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

      • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

      • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

      • The product is not a final sale item, gift card, or customized product.

      • The return is requested for valid reasons such as wrong product delivered, defective product, or size mismatch.

    2. Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are not eligible for return:

        • Products purchased under clearance or promotional sales.

        • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

        • Customized or personalized items.

      3. Return Process

      To initiate a return:

          • Provide order details and images of the product (if damaged or defective).

          • Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

          • Ship the product back using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error).

        4. Refund Policy

        Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed as follows:

            • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10-12 working days.

            • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

            • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

          5. Exchange Policy

          We offer exchanges for:

              • Size or color issues (subject to stock availability).

              • If the replacement product is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.

            6. Cancellations

            Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once shipped, the order must be returned as per our return policy.


            7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

            If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

                • Contact us immediately with images of the product and packaging.

                • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping charges.
